Fanta Williams, Upnotch Member, is the Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs at Digicel Group, the leading digital provider across 25 markets spanning the Caribbean, Central America, and Asia Pacific.
With a solid background in telecommunications, Fanta's journey has been a remarkable ascent through various senior management roles at Digicel St. Vincent Ltd. Beginning as a Dealer Account Executive in October 2006, she climbed the ranks to become the Chief Executive Officer in August 2019. As CEO, she spearheaded strategic planning, budgeting, P&L responsibility, and the implementation of management frameworks.
She also served as Chief Operations Officer, where she focused on accountability and visionary leadership, and as Head of Consumer Sales and Services, overseeing customer care, sales, retail, distribution, and more. Her passion for the Caribbean and enriching the Caribbean's digital landscape drives her work.
