Meet DJ, Training Development Mentor on Upnotch

DJ Jaeger, Upnotch Member, is a Sr. Training Manager at Akamai Technologies, a cloud company that provides services for delivering, securing, and optimizing online content.

At Akamai, she leads a small but mighty team that oversees technical training delivery to customers and employees. DJ also teaches undergraduate and graduate-level Learning & Development courses at Portland State University and she serves as the Director of Professional Development for her local chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).

DJ has expertise in training development, instructional design, inclusive learning practices, facilitation, team leadership, and leveraging training to improve business outcomes.

DJ is available as a training development mentor and she is also working with mentors herself to grow skills necessary to advance her career in senior learning leadership with an eventual goal of becoming a Chief Learning Officer.
