She is passionate about recruiting and began her journey 11 years ago in India at a staffing firm, where she has since evolved into a corporate recruiter. Moving to Canada 18 months ago to get an HR degree and further enhanced her expertise. With a strong commitment to diversity and cross-cultural experiences, she hass a global perspective to her recruiting efforts, recognizing the unique strengths that individuals from diverse backgrounds contribute. She was granted the CHRP designation by the HRPA in Oct 2024.
