Sanjay Patel, an Upnotch member, is the Head of Finance & Operations at Goalcast, a digital media production & distribution company.
He began his career at a big 4 Accounting firm in the Assurance practice, where he gained experience in financial reporting and technical accounting. He then moved into consulting, where he specialized in corporate restructuring, helping equity sponsors & lenders with their cash flow needs. Currently, he is the Head of Finance & Operations at Goalcast who oversees all supporting departments such as Finance, HR, Data & Analytics & Operations.
Sanjay is a licensed CPA auditor and is currently teaching part-time for both the undergraduate and CPA graduate programs at Concordia.
Sanjay is recognized as a hardworking individual who excels at problem-solving & critical thinking. He has demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills in high-pressure work environments.
