Shannon Chapman

Shannon Chapman, Upnotch Member, is Director of IT Service Delivery at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.

She holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and certifications in both Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Expert and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner with over 14 years of experience in IT and Enterprise Service Management. Her focus is on overall health and performance of an IT organization. Implementing industry leading process and automation including KPI measurement to improve employee and customer satisfaction along with reducing overall operational cost. Shannon is a recognized Software as a Service (SaaS) domain expert for ServiceNow, actively presenting her abilty to leverage SaaS to enable ITSM and deliver business value.

Shannon enjoys mentoring and is open to taking on additional mentees. She would be a great mentor to anyone interested in delivery utilizing Agile development methodologies, process per ITIL standards and ITSM best practices, or IT Compliance and Security standards. Shannon is looking for a VP or C-Level mentor to help guide her as she continues to advance her career.
