Timothy Sanchez, Upnotch Member, is Head of Global Talent Acquisition for Millicom, a telecommunications company with more than 24,000 employees.
With a background in finance and accounting, and after a few years working in that field, Tim found his passion in recruitment. He now has 17 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA).
In his current role, Tim is responsible company TA strategy, recruitment transformation and leading TA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Previously he developed and implemented recruiting initiatives for Fortune 100 organizations in industries ranging from Financial Payments, Technology, Oil and Gas, Distribution, and Call Centers.
