Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive our user acquisition and engagement efforts. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with experience managing end-to-end marketing strategies, including persona development, campaign execution, and partnership building. You will work closely with our team to enhance messaging, refine personas, and leverage paid and organic channels to achieve Upnotch’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Persona Development:

    • Refine target personas (mentees, mentors, and influencers) based on provided insights and additional research.

    • Enrich personas with demographics, psychographics, challenges, and goals to inform campaign strategies.

  2. Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution:

    • Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

    • Align campaigns with refined personas and key messaging pillars to drive engagement and conversion.

    • Conduct A/B testing and provide actionable insights for improvement.

  3. Messaging Development:

    • Create and refine messaging frameworks, including elevator pitches, website copy, email content, and social media templates.

    • Ensure consistent and engaging messaging that resonates with target personas.

  4. Partnership Development:

    • Identify and build partnerships with tech organizations and non-profits.

    • Offer free communities for partners’ members to increase visibility and credibility.

  5. Influencer Program:

    • Develop and manage relationships with influencers, focusing on women in tech and career advocates.

    • Collaborate on co-branded content to amplify awareness and engagement.

  6. Content Creation:

    • Craft bi-monthly newsletters featuring mentorship success stories, community highlights, and career growth tips.

    • Develop video scripts, quotes, and posts for organic social media content.

  7. Continuous Optimization & Reporting:

    • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to refine strategies.

    • Provide regular progress updates and actionable recommendations to ensure alignment with goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid ad campaigns, user acquisition, and persona-driven strategies.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.

  • Experience developing and enriching target personas to inform successful campaigns.

  • Strong writing and messaging skills for content creation and campaign alignment.

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results through data-driven strategies.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
