Danny Ryan, Upnotch Member, is Public Affairs and Outreach Officer at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Washington Center.
He supports the office in relations with the White House, U.S. State Department, the legislative branch, and the wider policy community in DC. Danny also works to enhance relations with young professional groups and to increase awareness of employment opportunities at the OECD. He has been a guest speaker at a number of events, presenting the work of the OECD.
Danny’s specialties are public affairs, government relations, and logistical planning for senior officials. He is currently getting a master's degree in strategic public relations from George Washington University in order to grow his career and enhance his skillset.
He loves mentoring and would be a great mentor to anyone interested in public relations, government relations, or trying to grow their network in Washington DC. Danny is also looking for a mentor himself - someone with public affairs experience in the private sector.
