Originally from Mexico City, Iliana has over 20 years of experience as a Solutions Engineering Leader and IT Executive for large Enterprise Software companies and HighTech Startups in 3 different continents, Iliana is an expert in her field. She is passionate about advocating for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace and has been a Latinx ERG Leader at Salesforce. She is currently starting her consulting and coaching practice.
