Monica McNeal, Upnotch Mentor, is a veteran and military spouse advocate.
A seasoned professional with more than 40 years of experience, Monica started her career in retail and fashion. She worked at Nordstrom for 25 years, climbed her way up and became General Manager and Vice President.
After a personal tragedy, she made a radical career change and started working with veterans and military spouses. She’s worked with multiple nonprofit organizations and is passionate about helping the veteran community using her past corporate experience to assist them in their transition into the workforce. She mentors on many veteran platforms, ACP, Veteratti, HeroesLinked, VetsinTech and most of her career readiness coaching is referrals.
