Sandeep Dhamale, Upnotch Mentor, is Director of Data Products and Intelligence at the American Medical Association, an organization promoting the art and science of medicine and the betterment of public health.
Having been in the tech industry for more than 15 years, Sandeep has deep experience in building technology for fintech and digital health space, and has worked for and with fortune 500 companies comprised of large international teams as well as teams that he helped start from ground up. In his prior experience he helped build highly scalable distributed systems, API platform marketplace, data platforms and low-latency micro-services on public and private cloud infrastructure. He has helped deliver software modernization for mission critical systems which created opportunities for new products based on architectural strategies that provide competitive advantage and agility.
In his progressive tech career spanning diverse teams and geographical locations, he has had experience of scaling teams and products that operate globally, being part of a leadership team that helped scale different development teams from scratch for very large product initiative across US and different global locations through rapid growth periods.
He has a passion for building new things and loves all aspects of building and scaling products and platforms.
Sandeep enjoys mentoring and considers himself fortunate and is immensely grateful for all the mentors and leaders who believed and invested in him early on in his career and believes in paying it forward.
