Zoe Reese, Upnotch Member, is Director of Community Impact and Grantmaking at Verdant Health Commission, a public resource working to improve the health of its residents and providing technical assistance and support to the community organizations they partner with.
She has been working in social services and nonprofits for about 15 years, and has had director-level positions for about 10 years now.
She loves mentoring and helping others grow. She’d love to mentor anyone in the healthcare industry or that needs support with a nonprofit organization - someone who’s trying to make an impact and wants to make the world a better place.
Zoe is also looking for a mentor herself - someone with experience in strategic planning, facilitation, leadership development, and marketing to give her some guidance on how to continue to build her skill sets to best support the agencies she works with now and those she hopes to in the future.
