With a deep dedication to cultivating sustainable ecosystems of innovation and entrepreneurship in low-income communities worldwide, Adam is a bridge-builder, connecting otherwise disconnected complementary ecosystems. After studying Business Entrepreneurship in the United States, he embarked on a bold journey to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he has resided for the past 12 years.
He has founded five organizations in Brazil, spanning both business and non-profit sectors, with a strong focus on social impact in low-income communities and indigenous populations. Currently, he lives in the favela community of Vidigal, where he cultivates hubs of social innovation, technology, and incubation programs through his non-profit organization, Favela Inc.
Adam is passionate about mentoring and finds joy in supporting entrepreneurs, individuals seeking to discover their purpose, and those transitioning their careers to follow their passions and find their path. He particularly enjoys guiding and empowering individuals interested in creating impact-oriented businesses or non-profit organizations.
