Jim Wiley, Upnotch Mentor, is the President and Co-Founder of Obsidian Solutions Group, a diversified technology and professional services company providing flexible and responsive solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD) and federal agencies within the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC).
As President, Jim is responsible for developing the company’s vision and strategies to achieve established goals and setting and communicating the long-term direction to the company’s executive leadership.
He has over 30 years of experience supporting the US government, starting his journey by serving for over 10 years in the U.S. Marines. He’s a former Marine Corps Flight Officer and Air Defense Artillery Officer.
