Liz Falvo, Upnotch Member, is Director of Customer Success at Textio, a software company that specializes in DEIB using natural language processing, text analytics, and machine learning.
She started her career in Sales, moved Customer Success, then Revenue Enablement and back into Customer Success. She is a currently a Director of Customer Success focused on new product launch strategy. She has experience in small startups as well as in larger corporations.
Liz is passionate about helping people and would be a great mentor to any young Customer Success professional or anyone trying to get into the field. She’d also love to connect with other leaders to discuss how to always lead conversations with curiosity and Customer Success strategy.
