Jessica Slosberg, Upnotch Member, is the Head of Customer Success at Formations, a financial management solution.
She has a degree in journalism and worked in that space for a few years, before transitioning first into Nonprofit then later the Technology industry in 2014.
Jessica began her career in Tech as a Customer Success Manager in a startup but quickly grew into a leadership position. She has built the Customer Success department from scratch at her current company.
